Pedestrian Barriers

A Barrier System designed to create safe pedestrian areas both on ground and on mezzanine floors.

The barrier is a safety feature to prevent personnel walking into restricted areas, where there may be dangerous machinery.

The handrails are bolted directly to the posts with M8 x 60mm bolts, the posts are bolted to a concrete floor with M12 Anchor bolts. M12 Bolts and nuts are used if attached to chipboard such as used on a mezzanine floors.

Standard Colour Finishes: Yellow RAL 1018, Grey BS00A05 and Sandstone BS08B17
Construction: Vertical posts are rolled steel hollow section mig welded to heavy base plates. Corner posts and rails are rolled steel hollow section with plastic end caps for all exposed ares.

Double Barrier System

A light Duty Protective barrier system designed to protect racking, shelving and partitioning in warehouses from damage caused by forklift trucks, pallet trucks etc. The system can be upgraded to medium duty by using the double barrier railed system.

The system rails are produced from pre -galvanised material and they also have high visibility end caps to help determine the end of the barrier rails.

The barrier rails are mounted directly to the posts, which in turn are fixed to floor with M12 Anchor bolts.
