Stainless Steel

Billington Group supplies a stainless steel safety fencing system which can be supplied for hygienic work environments such as the food and pharmaceutical industries. The system works from modular standard panels, which means that it can be more cost effective than other stainless steel systems. We can manufacture special sized panels and systems to suit the machine or application required.

The panels have holes drilled in the sides which line up with pre-taped holes in the posts; the panel are bolt directly to the posts, which reduce installation time of the guarding. The fencing is supplied with all the necessary fixings to enable our customer to install the fencing as soon as it is delivered.

Panel Specification:

The panels are based around the standard T10 System, which has a box section frame around all sides and a centre support, the only difference is that the mesh is a woven type and a different size. The system still offers high levels of protection for hazardous machines and robots.

Panel widths: 200, 300, 700, 800, 1000mm wide
Mesh Size: 30mm x 30mm x 3mm, woven Mesh.
Frame size: 30mm x 30mm x 1.5mm
Posts: 1700 & 2100mm high
